WELL-ESTABLISHED
COMPANY POLICIES FOR SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
Excaliber Services Ltd’s policies ensure that every project is carried out with strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Method statements and risk assessments are tailored to each project, providing clear guidance and ongoing monitoring throughout all phases of work. Environmental responsibility is central to Excaliber Services Ltd’s approach, including recycling, demolition waste and conducting impact assessments on larger sites. Regular, CITB-approved training equips our team with the skills to work safely and efficiently. For operational support on preparatory or site work, see our Site Clearance page, and for project planning advice, visit our Consultations page to integrate safety and compliance into your workflow.

HEALTH & SAFETY
The potentially high-risk nature of our industry means that the management of health and safety is vital. We pride ourselves on an impeccable safety system of work and ensure that all our operatives on site are fully informed on health and safety risks for their specific roles and are competent to work safely and understand what is expected of them.
Our Method Statement/ Risk Assessments are specific to the individual projects, and we work closely with clients to ensure that works are carried out using stringent safety controls and in a timely manner. This approach ensures thorough and continuous monitoring of progress, assessment of health and safety matters and quality control procedures from the initial phase to completion.
ENVIRONMENT
Environmental protection is one of our main priorities, and we recognise our responsibility to reduce the impact of our activities on our immediate surroundings and the wider environment.
On the most major project, we routinely prepare an environmental impact assessment report to highlight any environmental risk that our activity may create. When undertaking demolition work, we recycle almost all demolition waste, greatly reducing the amount of material sent to landfill.

TRAINING
An elementary part of our training policy is to review training regularly; this process ensures that all our staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience which are required by the demanding industries we serve and the diverse services we offer.
All training provided is construction skills (CITB) approved and satisfies the NDTG, CSCS and CPCS bodies.
